At CrossFit Kennesaw, we strive to provide excellent coaching, an encouraging atmosphere, and a true community experience. All of our Coaches hold the Level 1 Certificate as well as certifications in other areas of expertise including Olympic Weightlifting, Kettlebell Instruction, and nutrition.
We start all new members with one of our On Ramp programs to teach proper techniques for the movements done in CrossFit. Our programming is done in house and is based on our members and equipment available. All classes are led by a Coach, and each class includes a group warm-up, strength work, and Metabolic Conditioning(the cardio portion).
