In the Couch to CrossFit Program, you will begin your fitness journey with 8 one-on-one personal training sessions with one of our certified coaches. Through those 8 individualized sessions, you will learn about functional fitness, nutrition, goal setting, movement options, and how to reach your goals.
You will have movement assessments to help you understand where some of your movement patterns may need improvement, or limitations that you may have, and your coach will work with you to help you develop a solid foundation of good movement. Based on your goals, your coach will give you homework and things to work on outside the gym in between sessions.
At the end of the program, you and your coach can decide if more personal training sessions or our regular CrossFit class is the right next step in your journey.
The goal of the Couch to CrossFit program is to help you learn to move safely and efficiently no matter your starting point. We will work with you to help you progress through the steps needed to make a happier, healthier you.
