Arrive a few minutes early to complete your liability waiver, check out the facility, and meet the coach and other CFK members.

Each CFK coach leads the class through a dynamic warmup to help each member prepare for the specific work ahead.
Strength of the Day
We dedicate at least 20 minutes of each class to basic strength cycles including squats, deadlifts, presses, the Olympic lifts, and more. We rotate which days of the week the lifts are done every 6-8 weeks, so that all of our members get opportunities to take advantage of the strength cycle and to practice the technical lifts.
Workout of the Day (WOD)
After the strength session, the coach calls the class together to explain the movements, movement standards, rep schemes, and other requirements for the WOD. We put particular emphasis on good form and technique, and explain all scaling and modification options so that each member gets a great workout according to their needs that particular day. Then it's 3, 2, 1, GO!
