  •  20 minutes to establish a 1 RM Shankle Complex
    • Shankle Complex = Hang Clean Pulls x 3 + Hang Squat Clean x 1 + Jerk x 2

MetCon:

  • 5 RFT
  •  DL (315/215, 275/185) x 3
  • Strict Chin-ups (underhand grip) x 6
  • Burpees x 9

Auxiliary:

  •  Work on your Goat for 15 minutes
  • Foam Roll + mobility x 10 minutes
