  •  Power Cleans + Squat Clean 5 x 2 +1 starting at 60-70%.  These are Touch and go. 

MetCon:

A) Fundamental replay

  •  Run x 200m
  • 21-15-9
  • Squats
  • Push-ups
  • Ring Row (single ring)
  • Run x 200
  • Mental Check time for first score on board

B) 3 RFT

  • Squat Clean (last completed set from Strength Work) x 3
  •  Lateral Burpees over bar x 6
  • DL x 9
