  • 15 minutes to build to a Test Clean and Jerk.  5 minutes to complete 3 C & J while being judged by coach.  Only 3 attempts, so make’em count!

Auxiliary:

  • Hollow Rocks 3 x 30 sec.
  • TGU 3 x 3/3 HEAVY
  • Bar overs 3 x 5-8
