  • Snatch Balance + OHS 6 x 1 + 2 @ 60-80%-Work on speed under the bar and balance.  Don't shoot for a 1 RM and focus more on technique

MetCon:  "Mary"

  •  20 Min. AMRAP
  • HSPU x 5- Scale will be Push Press at 75% of Bodyweight
  • Pistols x 10- Scale will be Pistol to a bench
  • Pull-ups x 15

Auxiliary:

  • Ring support holds with straight leg lifts to L position 3 x 8-10
  • Loaded Back Extensions 3 x 8-10
