Strength:

  •  Take 15 minutes to work up to a 1RM Full Snatch + Hang Full Snatch combo. 

MetCon:

  •  5 RFT
  • Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk @ 80% x 1 ( Cannot move on until you hit all three parts in succession.  If you can't, strip the weight until you can)
  • T2B x 10
  •  Push-ups x 10

Auxiliary:

  •  DB wrist curls to bicep curl 3 x 12
  • Floor Sweeps 3 x 20
