Strength:

  •  Squat Cleans + Front Squats 6 x 1 + 2 @ as heavy as you can handle.  If you can clean it, then squat it.

MetCon:

  •  STEALTH WOD- A smidge of endurance, dash of strength, and a skill or two. 
  • 4 RFT
  • Run x 400m w/ball (30/20)
  • Push-ups x 15
  • OH Walking Lunge x D
  • Single Ring- Ring Rows x 15
  • OH Walking lunge x B
