- 2 min. Ladder x 10 Rounds- Go up the ladder for as far as you can in the 2 min time limit. Once you can't complete all the reps in a set you will come down the ladder for the remaining sets.
- Snatch (95/65, 75/55) x 2/4/6/8 etc.
- Run x 200m
- Strict T2B 3 x Max reps
- Ring Dips 3 x 10
- Handstand Walks 3 x length of mats
