Just 3 more sessions of the squat cycle and we will be testing!  Get the pen ready for some new PR numbers!

Strength;

  •  You guessed it!  Squats 4 x 7 @ 87%

MetCon:

  •  2 min. Ladder x 10 Rounds- Go up the ladder for as far as you can in the 2 min time limit.  Once you can't complete all the reps in a set you will come down the ladder for the remaining sets. 
  • Snatch (95/65, 75/55) x 2/4/6/8 etc.
  • Run x 200m

Auxiliary:

  •  Strict T2B 3 x Max reps
  • Ring Dips 3 x 10
  • Handstand Walks 3 x length of mats
