MetCon: Lurong WOD # 3- We will run heats of 10 people at a time.

  • For time with a 5 min. Time Cap

  • Sprint 10 meters (marked with blue tape) x 2/4/6/8/10

  • Floor sweeps 3 x 20
  • Loaded Back Extensions 3 x 10
