    • Hang Snatch 2 x 2
    • Snatch 4 x 1 These are sub-max singles.  Work on hitting the positions and solid lifts.

MetCon: "Nancy"

  •  5 RFT
  • Run x 400m
  • OHS (95/65) x 15
    • Individuals with Shoulder mobility issues will scale to either a goblet squat or BB front squat.

Auxiliary:

  •  Talk to Coach about areas that need to be addressed and worked on.  Work on what is talked about for 10 minutes.
