  • Thrusters (135/95, 105/75) x 5
  • Burpees x max Reps
  • Rest 4 minutes
  • 4 RFT
  • Thrusters x 5
  • Burpees x total score divided by 4

Auxiliary:

  •  MU transition drills 3 x 8
  • Ring support holds 3 x 30 sec.
  • Ring Dips 3 x 8-10
