  • Power Snatch + Snatch + OHS 6 x 1 + 1 + 1 starting at 70% of 1 RM Snatch 

MetCon: Unbroken part Deux- Rx/FB will score unbroken sets.  Scaled will do max reps in 3 min.

  • 3 minutes to establish best unbroken  set of DU's ( Best set of unbroken singles for scaled)
  • Rest 2 min.
  • 3 min. to establish best unbroken set of Front squats (185/125, 135/90)- this is off the ground
  • Rest 2 min.
  • 3 min. to establish best unbroken set of KB Jerks (32/20, 24/16)-As long as bell stays in the rack and does not touch ground, racked on top of shoulder, or held with two hands still counts as unbroken.  Multiple hand switches are permitted.
  • Rest 2 min.
  • 3 min. to establish max unbroken Pull-ups and push-ups
