Starting a Front Squat cycle, so be prepared for "The Russians" for the next 6 weeks!

Strength:

Front Squat- Take 20 minutes to establish a front squat 1 RM.  A good rep scheme to follow is 1 x 5, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1,1 increasing the weight each set.  Take plenty of time between sets.

MetCon:

For Time: Reverse ladder subtracting by 2 reps each round, starting at 10

  • HSPU
  • Power Clean (185/120, 135/85, 115/65)
