After a week break from the Font Squat cycle, we will wrap up the cycle this week.  We will post test next Monday!

Strength:

  •  Front Squat 3 x 3 @ 95%
  • Strict Pull-ups 3 x max reps

MetCon:

  •  3 Rounds
  • Wall Balls x 1 min. max reps
  • Rest 1 min.
  • DU's x 1 min. max reps
  • Rest 1 min.
  • KB Swing (32/20, 24/16, 16/12) x1 min. max reps

Auxiliary work:

  •  Farmer Walks 3 x D & B (Anything really heavy)
  • Shoulder work- Rear delt flys, thumbs up lateral raises, Front raises 3 x 10 (of each) w/2 sec. pause at top of lift
