We got the Southeast Regionals going down this weekend, so to honor these great athletes, we are going to do a few of these events, just to see how we stack up.  There might be a few modifications for us mortals, so don't be too scared.

Strength:

  • Snatch + OHS (If you miss the snatch, go to previous successful weight to complete the set.  There must be one snatch (power or full) and then three OHS.
    • 1+3 @ 60%
    • 1+3 @70%
    • 1+3 @80%
    • 1+3 @85%

  • Row x 1000m
  • Thrusters (45/35) x 50
  • Pull-ups x 30

Auxiliary:

  • Sit-ups 3 x 25
  • Reverse Hypers 3 x 15
