Partner WOD

Max reps per 3:00 of movements.  Partners can switch movements as many time as they like in the 3 min. time period. 

  • 3 min. AMRAP
    • Back Squat (The weight of both partners divided by 2.  Anything under that would be scaled.  Only 1 bar)
    • Hand Release Push-ups
  • Rest 1 min. 
  • 3 min. AMRAP
    • KB Swings (32/20, 24/16) two different size bells can be used for M/F teams.  The Rx or FB weight must be used by both partners to get the full status 
    • Sit-ups
  • Rest 1 min.
  • 3 min. AMRAP
    • Wall Balls (30/20, 20/14)
    • KB SDLHP- Same bell as used in swing
  • Rest 1 min.
  • 3 Min. AMRAP
    • Run x 100m (Green line) = 10 points
    • DU's
