Partner MetCon:

  •  For Time:
  • Run 800m- both partners together
  • Wall Ball Toss (20/14) x 100- 8ft apart and must perform a full squat and throw to partner for reps.
  • Pull-ups x 100
  • Squat Cleans (165/105, 125/85) x 50- Each partner can only do 1 rep at a time and must pass off after each successful rep to partner. 
  • Partner sit-ups w/med ball (20/14) x 100
  • DU's x 300 (Scaled will be 500 singles)

Auxiliary:

  •  Partner assisted handstand walks 3 x 20 paces
  • Partner tire flips 3 x 20 each partner- Flip tire back and forth to one another
