  • 10 minutes to work up to a partner Snatch 1 RM- Score is the average of the two
  • 10 minutes to work up to a partner Hang Squat Clean 1 RM- Score is the average of the two

  • 3RFT For Time:
  • Curtis P's (135/90, 105/70) x 20- Curtis P is Hang squat clean x 1, lunge left, lunge right, push press x 1
  • Hand Release Push-ups x 30
  • KB Swings (32/24, 24 or 28/20) x 40
  • Run x 400m (Only one member has to run.  The other cannot lift until partner returns)

Auxiliary:

  • Tire Flips 3 x 20
  • Rope Climbs x 10
