Strength: 10 minute EMOM

  • Front Squat x 1 starting @ 60% increasing the load every round.  Your choice on how much.  If you fail, drop to the last successful weight and complete the reps.

MetCon: "Push your partner"- Each partner will do as many reps as possible of each movement.  Each partner will work for 1 minute and then rest for 1 minute.  Partners will keep count for each other.  Total reps of both partners is the team score. 

  • 3 rounds
  • Power Cleans (185/125, 135/95)
  • Front Squats
  • Strict Chin-ups
  • KB Swing (32/24, 24/20)
  • Row for calories
