Reminder:  Cook out today starting around 2ish, but come out around 1:00 to cheer on the competitors as they finish up The CrossFit Open!

Strength:

  •  Hang Power Snatch + Hang Full Snatch 6 x 2 + 1

MetCon: Can be done as a team or as an individual

  • 20 min. AMRAP
  • Run or row x 400m
  • Med Ball Cleans x 20 (If you missed yesterdays WOD you can do Power Cleans x 10 (185/115, 135/95, 115/65)
  • KB Jerks (32/24, 24/20, 16/12) x 20
  • T2B (scale: sit ups) x 20

Auxiliary Work:

  • Ring Support holds 3 x max time
  • Transition drills 3 x 8
  • Planks 3 x max time
