  •  Take 15 min. to work on Deadlift and work up to a workable 20 rep set. 

MetCon: "Lumberjack 20" You only have one bar, so you have to Nascar your bar for weight changes.

20 KB swings (2pood/1.5pood)

20 Overhead Squats (115lbs/75lbs)

20 Pullups (Chest to Bar)
Run 400m
20 Box jumps (24″/20″)
Run 400m

20 KB squat cleans (24/16) 1 bell
Run 400m
