MetCon: Team WOD

  •  2 Rounds
  • ME DU's x 2:00
  • ME Box Step ups (24/20) x 2:00
  • ME OHS (you choose weight and each teammate can have own bar.  Score is reps x weight) x 2:00
  • ME Team med ball sit-ups (pass ball to partner each time you sit up.  You are facing one another) x 2:00
  • Slam Ball (30/20) Relay (outside)- Each partner will sprint with ball to cone (25 yrds) and then back and hand off to partner to do the same.  Each COMPLETED trip is a rep.  x 2:00

Auxiliary:

  •  Tire flips 3 x 10
  • Strict T2B 3 x 10
