Strength:

  •  Take 15 minutes to establish a 1 RM Bench Press

MetCon: Battle by the Mounds Team Chipper WOD

  •  For Time (Only 1 team member works at a time)
  • Run x 400
  • Burpees x 40 (FB Burpee Pull-up)
  • Wall Balls x 60
  • Weighted step-ups (30/20) x 80 (each team member can have a slam ball or wall ball)
  • KB swings (32/24, 24/20) x 100
  • Run x 400 w/slam ball

Auxiliary:

  •  Battling Ropes 3 x 1 min.
  • Sledge Slams 3 x 20
