  • Thrusters (empty Bar) x 100
  • Loaded Push-ups (45/35, 35/25 plate) x 80
  • Med Ball sit ups (passing to partner each rep) x 60
  • Wheelbarrow walks 4 x D & B (Scale is bear crawls by both members)
  • Power Cleans (185/125, 135/85) x 20 (Same bar as thrusters so you have to load weights)
  • Run x 800m
