  • T2B x 9
  • Walking lunges x 9 steps forward and 9 steps backward  (FB w/ 32kg bell RX 24kg bell anyway you want to hold it)

Auxiliary:

  •  Plank Holds (abslutely no movement) 3 x ME
  • Sledge slams 3 x 20
