  • 200m Run Relay x 4- Each member will run a 200, tagging next member before they can go.

  • Pull-ups x 50
  • Slam Balls x 50
  • DU's x 200
  • Box Jumps x 50
  • T2B x 50
  • Wall Balls x 50
  • Row 200m relay x 4

Auxiliary:

  • Tire Flips 3 x 10
  • Sledge strikes 3 x 20
  • KB Rack holds (as heavy as you can hold) 3 x max time
