Strength:  10 Minutes: 

  • Odd minute: 30 sec. Handstand Hold
  • Even Minute: DU's x 25- If still working on DU's x 5-10

MetCon:  Partner Up- Each partner will work for 30 sec. and then switch.  If you complete a movement in less than 30 sec.., move on to the next movement until your time is up.  Make transitions fast, cause 30 sec will start off being a long time, but will be less and less as you get fatigued

  • 4 RFT w/ 35 minute time cap on work, then run.  Score is rounds completed and time on run.
  • Pull-ups x 50
  • Box Jumps (30/24, 24/20) x 50
  • Goblet Squats (32/24, 24/20) x 50
  • Burpees x 50
  • Cash out: Run x 800m together

Auxiliary:

  • Famer Walks 2 x 200m AHAP
  • Prowler Push 6 x 50m w/30 sec. break between each push
