Partner WOD

Strength:

  • With your partner, 20 minutes to establish a 1 RM Snatch and Clean and Jerk.  Your combined weight is your score

MetCon:

  • 5 RFT
  • Pistols x 10 (If you cannot do unassisted Pistols do a loaded split squat)
  • C2B Pull-ups x 20 (FB Bar muscle ups x 10)
  • Goblet Squat (32/24, 24/20) x 30
  • DU's x 25 (Unbroken for Rx and FB.  20 sit-up penalty for a miss. The DU's are only done by one person per round.  If there is a miss, both partners will do partner sit-ups, so each member will do 10 each.)

Auxiliary:

  • TGU's x 10
  • GHR 3 x 8
