  • Partner sit-ups with Wall Ball x 40 -Facing your partner sit up and pass ball to partner.  Ball must touch the ground behind you each rep.  Each sit-up is one rep, so each partner will do 20 reps per round.
  • Run x 400m

Auxiliary:

  •  Battling ropes 3 x 1 min.
  • Tire Flips 3 x 10 (outside)
