Strength:

  • Back Squat 1 x 10 @ 60%
    • 1 x 8 @ 70%
    • 1 x 6 @ 80%
    • 1 x 4 @ 85%

MetCon:

  • 5 RFT
  • DL (185/115, 155/95, 125/75) x 15
  • Carry Weight x 50m
  • Lateral hops over bar x 20
  • Push-ups x 15

Auxiliary Work:

  • 4 x 400m runs
  • Foam roll and band assisted stretches x 10 minutes
