  • Walking lunge w/KB (hold it anyway you want) x 20 steps

Auxiliary:

  •  Med Ball sit-ups 3 x 15
  • Back Extensions 3 x 15 (slow and controlled)
  • 10 min. foam rolling and band assisted stretches
