MetCon:

  •  12 min AMRAP
  • Pistol squats x 5/5 -Scale will be Loaded split squats 10/10
  • Single arm KB swings (32/20, 24/16) x 10/10- bell comes to eye level
  • Push-ups x 10

Auxiliary:

  •  DU work x 5 min.
  • Muscle up work x 5 min
  • HSPU work x 5 min.
