  • Bear Crawl x B (FB/RX will do B & D)
  • Push-ups x 10 (FB/RX clapping push-ups)

Auxiliary:

  •  Tire Flips + Tire jump in and out 3 x 10
  • Battling Ropes 3 x 1 min.
