Strength:

·         Bench Press: 2 x 6

o   2 x 2

MetCon:

·         5 min. AMRAP

·         DL (225/155, 185/135) x 10

·         Goblet Split Squat (32/24, 24/20) x 10- (A stationary lunge.  Knee must touch the ground each rep.)

·         Single Arm KB swings x 10/10

·         Rest 3 min.

Auxiliary:

  • Battling Ropes 3 x 1 min.
  • Farmer Walks 3 x 200m.
