    • Scale is HRPU x 6
  • KB Swings (32/24, 24/16, 16/8)  x 8
    • Scale is swing to Eye level
  • SDLHP w/KB x 12
    • Scale is SMDL

Auxiliary:

  • 15 minutes of assisted stretches and foam rolling.  You need it
