- Snatch balance (out of racks or off blocks) + OHS 8 x 1 + 2
- Try and work up to current 1RM Snatch weight and then work past it!
To achieve FB status you must do everything unbroken! If you miss or drop, you have the choice of repeating the movement and all the reps or drop to Rx level. Must maintain perfect movement standards!
- 4 RFT
- Bar Muscle Ups (Rx/FB) x 4 (Scaled will do 8 pull-ups or 10 Ring Rows)
- Pistols x 8
- HSPU x 12
- DU's x 25
- Row 10 x 1 min. w/30 sec. rest between sets.
