Strength:

  •  Hang Squat Snatch 3 x 3 @ 70%
    • 2 x 2 @ 75%
    • 2 x 1 @ 80%
    • 3 x 1 @ 85%  ( Do not go any higher.  Be solid at the 85% for all 3 reps)

MetCon:

  •  4 RFT -Firebreather vested if you have one available. 
  • Burpees jump to 6 inches above outreached arm x 10
  • Med ball Cleans (30/20, 20/14) x 15
  • Walking Lunge w/ball x 20

Auxiliary:

  • 15 minutes to work on skill that you are not very skilled in.  AKA work on weakness.
