Strength:

  •  Jerk (out of racks) 6 x 2 starting @ 65% (You will return bar to shoulders between each rep.  If you miss a lift and have to bail, then Clean it and succeed.

MetCon:

  •  3 RFT
  • Wall Balls x 21
  • Power Clean (115/65) x 15 ( No FB, so focus on a lighter bar you can move FAST!)
  • Lateral burpees over bar x 9 ( both feet jump and land togther)

Auxiliary:

  •  Row x 2000m
  • Mobility work
