Strength:

  •  EMOM x 8 min.
  • Snatch Balance + OHS x 1 +2 (start at whatever feels good and work up each set.  Have weight ready to put on if increaseing)

MetCon:

  •  4 RFT -Do in any order.  Choose wisely grasshopper. 20 min. time cap.
  • Goblet Squat (32/24, 24/20) x 25
  • Row x 600m (no alternate, must get all row in)
  • Pull-ups x 15
  • Lateral burpees over bar x 10

Auxiliary:

  •  Foam roll and stretch x 15 minutes
