Strength:

  •  Hang Power Cleans- In no more than 6 sets establish a 3 RM.  These must be in sequence, so no dropping the bar and resetting.

MetCon:  Mental toughness

  •  For Time
  • Front Squats @ just established 3 RM Power Clean weight out of the racks x 25
    • DU's x 30 (Scaled 90 singles) for every time you have to rack the weight or drop it.
  • Pull-ups (C2B Rx/FB) x 25
    • DU's x 30 for every time you come off the bar

Auxiliary:

  •  HS Shoulder touches 3 x 10-20
  • HS walking practice x 5-10 min.
