Strength:

  •  Take 10 minutes to work up to a 3 rep touch and go heavy Deadlift
  • 8 min. EMOM
    • DL (with just established 3 rep touch and go) x 3
    • Strict T2B x 3 (If you have to kip x 5)

MetCon:

  • 5 Rounds
  • Run x 400 at a 80-90% effort, but staying within 5 seconds of your time each time, Scaled can do 200m if running is really tough for you. 
  • Rest 1 min. between runs

Auxiliary:

  • TGU's x 3/3
  • Ring support holds 3 x max time.
