- Full Snatch + OHS 3 x 1 + 2 starting at 70%
MetCon: (Make sure to do 3-5 warm-up sets for the DL's!)

- Hand Release Push-ups (FB- Clapping push-ups) x 12
- T2B x 15
- Foam Roll and Band Stretch x 15 min.
