  •  3 position Snatch: High Hang, Hang, and Full.  All will be received in full depth catch position.
    • 3 x 1+1+1 @ 60%
  • Full Snatch + OHS 3 x 1 + 2 starting at 70%

MetCon: (Make sure to do 3-5 warm-up sets for the DL's!)

  •  4 RFT
  • DL (315/215, 285/185) x 3
  • Hand Release Push-ups (FB- Clapping push-ups) x 12
  • T2B x 15

Auxiliary:

  •  Foam Roll and Band Stretch x 15 min.
