Strength:

  •  Power Clean (90 degrees) + Jerk 10 x 2+2 working up to a heavy double.  You will perform each power clean and catch at/close to 90 degrees at the hip.  This is to work on Power Clean technique and to remind you that you can still drop under a Power Clean.

MetCon:

  •  For time with a 8 min. cap
  • DU's x 100
  • KB Swings (32/20, 24/160 x 75
  • Wall Balls x 50
  • Burpees x 25

Auxiliary:

  • Hollow Rocks 3 x 20 sec.
  • Bar Roll-outs 3 x 20
