Hey guys-

It pains me to say this, but we are going to have to shut down shop this afternoon.  There will be no evening classes.  Tomorrow morning, there will be no 6 or 7.  Keep an eye here the possibility of an 8, 9, and so on.  Sorry.  Be safe.  Do 100 burpees for time.

  • Squats 1 x 5 @ 50%
    • 1 x 5 @ 60%
    • 5 x 5 @ 70%

MetCon:

  • For Time and can be partitioned and arranged in any order
  • DU's x 180 (Scaled 360 singles)
  • Push-ups x 60
  • Power Cleans (205/140, 165/115) x 30

Auxiliary:

  • Handstand Holds 4 x 30-60 seconds
  • Lying leg lifts 4 x 10 w/3 sec. raise and 3 sec. lower
