MetCon:

  •  5 RFT

  • DL (315/215, 275/185) x 3

  • Slam Balls x 10

  • DU's x 25 (FB/Rx has to be done unbroken.  You miss, start over)

Auxiliary:

  • Bar Roll-outs 3 x 10
  • Floor Sweeps 3 x 20
