  • Hang Full Snatch 4 x 2 Starting where you left off on the Power Snatch

MetCon:  A little Benchmark action!  "Nancy"

  • 5 RFT
  • 400 meter run
  • Overhead squat 95 lbs x 15

Auxiliary:

  • Ring Support Holds with Knee tucks 3 x 15
  • Reverse Back Extensions 3 x 15 (Stay controlled on movement on bringing legs up and down)
