So after Murph, I'm thinking no push-ups, pull-ups, or squats in high volume for at least 24 hrs!  To all of you CFK peeps that came to MDM 2013, thank you for coming out and spending your Memorial Day with us!  Now on to the game plan.

Strength:  Snatch from top down

  •  High Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch + Full Snatch 6 x 1/1/1


  • Cash In: "1/2 Grace Clean and Jerk (135/95) x 15
  • Cash Out: "1/2 Annie" Sit-ups/DU's 25/20/15/10/5


  •  Foam Roll/mobility work: 15 min.
