Strength:

  •  Squat 3-4 x 9 @ 81%- The objective here is to perform as many reps in each set with great technique.  If technique starts to fail then you might not complete the designated reps.  Under really heavy loads with higher reps, everything has to be optimal and dialed in, so keep that in mind. 

MetCon:

  •  4 RFT
  • Single Arm KB Swings (32/20, 24/16) x 12/12- Bell must come to eye level for rep to count
  • Burpees x 10
  • Run x 200m

Auxiliary:

  •  Bar Roll outs 3 x 10
  • Hollow Rocks 3 x 30 sec.
